In order to answer your question as quickly and carefully as possible, the e-consultation service is closed from Friday after 5:30 p.m. until Monday 7:30 a.m. During the weekend, and especially on Monday mornings, we normally receive a large number of e-consultations at the same time. This makes it difficult to help everyone in a timely and attentive manner and to ensure that regular practice care runs smoothly.
By disabling the e-consultation service during this time block, we hope that questions will be spread out more evenly throughout the week. This will allow us to respond to you more quickly and avoid unnecessarily long waiting times.
